Creativation 2017 | Evolution of Distress Designer Challenge

In 2004 Tim Holtz and Ranger debuted Distress Ink in the craft industry, and for the past 13 years more innovative products have been added to this collection. For this year’s challenge Ranger and Tim Holtz wanted to celebrate this versatile line by showcasing all of the products that now make up its unique assortment. Instead of all the designers being given the same product as in previous years, they were all given various Distress products and their focus was to highlight the great features of their assigned product. All the artists were challenged to be as creative and unique as possible while using their assigned Distress product, all while still reflecting their own personal style.
