(1) Stamp an image with Perfect Medium Ink onto dark paper.
(2) Dust image with Super Fine Detail Embossing Powder. Return excess to jar and cure with the Heat it Craft Tool.
(3) Using a wet brush, pick up a little Perfect Pearls powder from its jar and work it into a paint on the cap. Paint in the embossed image.
TIP: Perfect Pearls Pigments can be intermixed to create a wide variety of colors. Mount onto coordinating cardstock.
