(1) Stamp image on tag using Swirl Heart stamp with each color Distress Ink on to light cardstock.
(2) Immediately rub the image with Cut n Dry Foam - this will soften or shadow your image.
(3) Tear and ink edges with Distress Ink using Cut n Dry Foam.
(4) Adhere to brown background using foam tape.
(5) Clip to hanger.
